Our apartments are set back from the road and have beautiful landscaping, with plenty of flowers and mature trees. We have plenty of open space for long walks or even practicing your golf swing.

Picture yourself in the summer unwinding on the weekends or after a crazy day with a refreshing dip in our fabulous outdoor pool.

When you feel like a quick picnic without the fuss, simply walk over to our picnic area and enjoy.

All of our residents rave about our maintenance crew, and with good reason. We are dedicated to making sure everything is neat, clean and working properly. We are on-call around the clock, so we will be there immediately if you have an emergency, or even if you just forgot your keys. And, when you report something that needs to be fixed, we take action that day.

In the winter we make sure snow is removed before it has a chance to pile up.

We pick up leaves throughout the fall and we take great pride in our beautiful landscaping.

Every building has their own laundry facility. No more going down the street or to a central laundry area – at Landing Heights, every building has a complete laundry room. And, in few select units, we offer the option to have a washer and dryer right inside your apartment.

We want our residents to be safe, so we keep our grounds and parking lots well lit at all times.

For added safety, every apartment is equipped with a 24-hour Tele-Intercom security system.

We have plenty of room for everyone in our parking lots, but for those of you who want to give your car some extra protection, or maybe you just hate brushing off snow and ice in the winter, we have large single car garages available.
